Crispy Melt Chicken Sandwich
Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside — this classic melt chicken sandwich is pure comfort in every bite.

Ingredients
- 330 g boneless chicken
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper powder
- 0.5 tsp white pepper powder
- 2.5 tbsp oil
- 0.5 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 0.5 cup chopped capsicum
- 0.75 cup garlic mayo
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp black pepper powder
- 0.5 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 to taste salt
- 2 slices bread
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice bread
- 1 little butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, add 330g boneless chicken, salt to taste, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, and ½ tsp white pepper powder.
- Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the chicken on low to medium flame for 8–9 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Let it cool, then shred the chicken.
- In the shredded chicken, add ½ cup finely chopped cabbage, ½ cup chopped capsicum, ¾ cup garlic mayo, 2 tbsp hot sauce, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white pepper powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix everything well — your creamy chicken filling is ready.
- Take a slice of bread, spread the chicken filling, and place mozzarella cheese slices on top.
- Cover with another bread slice and repeat if making multiple sandwiches.
- Heat a pan with a little butter and grill the sandwiches until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve warm — crispy outside, creamy and cheesy inside!
