Fig, Goat Cheese & Honey Puff Pastry Rolls
Flaky, golden, and filled with all the fall flavors — these fig and goat cheese puff pastry rolls are the perfect cozy treat for the season. Sweet figs, creamy goat cheese, aromatic herbs, honey, and crunchy walnuts all wrapped in buttery pastry… it’s simple, elegant, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 6 medium figs
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 1 log fresh goat cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
- 6 medium figs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Thinly slice the 6 medium figs and chop the 50g of walnuts.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, honey, herbs, and chopped walnuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the rectangular puff pastry sheet.
- Arrange the fig slices vertically, leaving about 1 cm space at the bottom.
- Cut the pastry into 10 even strips, roll each one up, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with the egg yolk and milk mixture for a golden finish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Drizzle lightly with honey before serving.
