Fried Ravioli With Vodka Sauce
Delicious fried ravioli served with a rich and creamy vodka sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 plate flour
- 1 part Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 part grated Parmesan
- 0 garlic powder
- 0 Greek seasoning
- 0 chicken bouillon powder
- 0 paprika
- 0 ravioli
- 0 eggs
- 0 oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 minced shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0 chili pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 0.25 cup vodka
- 15 ounces canned tomato purée
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.33 cup grated Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 0 to taste salt
- 0 Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add flour to one plate, and to another plate add one part Italian breadcrumbs and one part grated Parmesan.
- Season the both with garlic powder, Greek seasoning, chicken bouillon powder and paprika.
- Dip each ravioli into flour, then into whisked eggs, and pack on the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil heated to around 320 degrees until they’re golden brown, letting them rest on a cooling rack.
- For the vodka sauce, in a pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 minced shallots. Cook until the shallots are soft.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic, chili pepper flakes, and 4 tablespoons of tomato paste. Let this cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup of vodka and 15 ounces of canned tomato purée. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan, 4 tablespoons of butter, and salt to taste.
- Serve this as the dipping sauce with your ravioli, and finish it all off with some Parmesan cheese.
