- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup heat-treated flour
- 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
- 0 cookie dough
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 0 melted chocolate
- 0 cookie balls
- 0 flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour in the microwave for 50–60 seconds (reaching 165°F) to ensure it is safe to consume raw. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in the heat-treated flour until a smooth dough forms, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into bite-sized balls and press them firmly into the cavities of a round silicone mold. Pop them out of the mold and set them aside.
- Melt the chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 30-second microwave bursts until smooth.
- Spoon a pool of melted chocolate into each cavity of the clean silicone mold.
- Place a cookie ball upside down directly into the melted chocolate in each cavity, pressing down slightly so the chocolate rises up around the sides.
- Chill in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
- Pop out of the silicone mold and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
