  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0 cooking spray
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 0 cooking spray
  • 0 oil
  • 0 foil
  • 0 silicone muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until fully combined.
  3. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. Gently press a wonton wrapper into each cup. Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  5. Bake 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely so they don’t burn!
  6. Fill each baked cup with 1-2 spoonfuls of filling and press down.
  7. Cover the tray with foil and bake 10-12 minutes until warmed through and bubbly.
  8. Immediately transfer the cups to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate so they stay crispy.
  9. Air fryer option: use silicone muffin liners or a smaller mini muffin tin that fits, and air fry at 350°F.
  10. Cool 5 minutes before eating.
