  • 1 tsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 0 grated Parmesan (amount not specified)
  • 0 fresh parsley (amount not specified)
  • 0 salad (amount not specified)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin, even strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken with the chicken seasoning, garlic granules, onion powder, Parmesan, garlic, and honey. Mix well and leave to marinate.
  3. Mix the garlic Parmesan butter ingredients together in a small bowl.
  4. Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss them with the smoked paprika, roast potato seasoning, and Aromat.
  5. Air-fry the potato wedges at 180°C for 15 minutes and at 200°C for around 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Shake the potato wedges occasionally.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle with Parmesan, then finish with a small drizzle of hot honey and fresh parsley.
  7. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Air-fry at 190°C for approximately 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. For the final 2 minutes of cooking, evenly spread half of the garlic Parmesan butter over the chicken.
  9. Mix the spicy garlic mayo ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the garlic if needed.
  10. Brush the cooked chicken with the remaining butter, then sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmesan and parsley. Serve with the crispy Parmesan potatoes and some salad on the side.
