- 0 mozzarella
- 1 French bread loaf
- 0.5 stick softened butter
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 2 cup Italian blend cheese
Instructions
- Take a large skillet and heat it to medium to high heat. Add 1-2 cups of chopped pepperoni or mini pepperoni.
- Once the grease starts to release, add 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, and 1 pound of Italian sausage. Season well with garlic and herb seasoning, spicy Italian seasoning, and Italian seasoning.
- Once the meat is cooked, add a 24-ounce jar of pasta sauce and 4 cups of chicken broth. Stir.
- Add 1 pound of whatever kind of pasta you would like.
- Heat to a boil. Boil for around 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente. If your sauce starts to get a little dry, add a little more broth.
- Add any other pizza toppings you would like. I added a cup of black olives.
- Stir in 1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella.
- Top with more mozzarella and cover until melted.
- Take a French bread loaf and cut it in half horizontally.
- To a bowl, mix together 1/2 a stick of softened butter, 1/2 a cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning, and 2 cups of Italian blend cheese.
- Spread the mixture on top of your bread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes then broil until a bit golden.
