Ingredients
- 350 g Salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 to taste Salt
- 1 to taste Black pepper
- 1 optional Fresh herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and capers.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture, then top with the tomato-feta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
