Juicy Baked Salmon With Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Feta, And Capers

Ingredients

  • 350 g Salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 to taste Black pepper
  • 1 optional Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and capers.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Season the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture, then top with the tomato-feta mixture.
