Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drums
- 0 Caribeque Honey Heat seasoning
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 0.5 cup bottled chili sauce, such as Heinz
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 0 cayenne pepper
- 0 garlic powder
- 0 smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 300°F.
- Pat the wings thoroughly dry, then season all over with Caribeque Honey Heat.
- Place directly on the smoker grates, leaving space between each wing. Smoke for 45–60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for 3–5 minutes, until warmed through and combined.
- Once the wings reach approximately 165°F internally, brush with the cranberry glaze.
- Continue smoking for 10–20 minutes, until the glaze is sticky and the wings reach 175–185°F for tender meat.
- Remove and serve! Reserve some glaze before brushing if you want extra sauce for dipping.
