3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup runny peanut butter
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 optional melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, runny peanut butter, and maple syrup. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Use a fork to create a hatch pattern on each cookie. If the dough is sticky, dip your hands or the fork in water.
  6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 9–10 minutes.
  7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
  9. Optional: Once cooled, dip the cookies in melted chocolate for added flavor.
