3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 0.5 cup runny peanut butter
- 0.33 cup maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 optional melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, runny peanut butter, and maple syrup. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using.
- Mix the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Use a fork to create a hatch pattern on each cookie. If the dough is sticky, dip your hands or the fork in water.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 9–10 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- The cookies will firm up as they cool.
- Optional: Once cooled, dip the cookies in melted chocolate for added flavor.
