High Protein Creamy Steak Ramen
A high-protein ramen dish featuring creamy broth, seared steak, and jammy soy sauce eggs.

Ingredients
- 1 piece steak
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pieces eggs
- 0.75 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 pieces egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon chili crunch
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 packet Momofuku sweet & spicy sauce packet
- 1 cup ramen water
- 1 package Momofuku noodles
- 1 sliced steak
- 1 to taste scallions
- 2 pieces jammy soy sauce eggs
- 1 to taste sesame seeds
- 1 to taste Momofuku chili crunch
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak in olive oil over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
- Boil eggs for 6 minutes.
- Place boiled eggs in ice cold water to cool.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, mirin, sugar, and water to create the marinade for the eggs.
- Combine egg yolks, mayo, chili crunch, minced garlic, and Momofuku sweet & spicy sauce packet to prepare the soup base.
- Add 1 cup of ramen water to the soup base before serving.
- Cook Momofuku noodles according to package instructions.
- Assemble the ramen by placing noodles in a bowl, adding sliced steak, scallions, jammy soy sauce eggs, and sesame seeds.
- Top the assembled ramen with Momofuku chili crunch before serving.
