- 2 tsp olive oil
- 185 g chicken or pork sausage meat approx. 170-200g range
- 0 white wine optional splash
- 0.5 tsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 120 g chestnut mushrooms chopped into rough dice
- 0 kale 3 handfuls, or use whole leaf spinach

- Stir in the chopped chestnuts, 20g of parmesan, and the cream cheese, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan, mixing well to coat in the sauce. Serve with grated parmesan.
