Christmas Crack Cookies
The easiest and most delicious way to use your Christmas crack this holiday season!

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.33 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup toffee chips
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup Christmas crack
- 25 saltine crackers
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a large bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix again.
- Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and fold until all dry bits are incorporated.
- Add toffee chips, chocolate chips, and Christmas crack to the mixture and mix again.
- Scoop cookies onto a lined baking sheet and place them in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes on the baking tray before enjoying.
- Line a 9x11 baking dish with parchment paper and add saltine crackers.
- In a small saucepan, add butter and brown sugar and allow to melt, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, turn heat to medium and allow mixture to bubble for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour directly onto crackers. Top with chocolate chips and gently smooth into one layer.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes and then enjoy.
