Thai Steak Bowl

Ingredients
- 0.75 lb chuck steak
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.75 lb marinated steak
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 0.5 tbsp oil
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 servings cooked rice
- 0.75 lb sliced steak
- 1 portion prepared sauce
Instructions
- Mix steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, oil, and brown sugar. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest, then slice.
- In a bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, honey, cilantro, red onion, oil, and red pepper flakes to prepare the sauce.
- Add cooked rice to a bowl, top with sliced steak, and drizzle generously with the sauce.
