Egg Noodle Beef Stir Fry
Egg Noodle Beef Stir Fry, my signature dish are all of my stir fry noodles, I can’t let you miss this!

Ingredients
- 100 g beef
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 strand egg noodle
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g beef
- 1 tbsp chili pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup bean sprout
- 1 strand egg noodle
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with the marination sauce and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Boil the noodle in boiling water for 2 minutes, and run it through cold water immediately, let it dry and set aside.
- Use a pan, grease with oil and scramble the eggs and set aside.
- Use the same pan, grease with oil, and add beef, spread out and let it cook for at least 2-3 minutes, until browning, and flip wait for another 2-3 minutes.
- When beef has browned, add in chili pepper and garlic.
- Add in bean sprout and noodles.
- Add in dark soy sauce onto the noodle for coloring, soy sauce for flavor, chili powder and salt.
- Mix well once all strands are coated dark and brown.
- Serve when hot.
