Cowboy Butter Steak Bites
Deliciously seasoned ribeye steak bites served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized onions.

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chives chopped
- 0.5 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 pounds ribeye steak
- 0 salt
- 0 black pepper
- 6 units potatoes Yukon gold
- 2 cloves garlic roasted
- 2 large onions caramelized
Instructions
- Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter in a stainless steel pan over low heat. Add 2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of cayenne, 1 tsp of chili flakes, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley, zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Whisk the mixture well to combine and set aside.
- Slice ribeye steak into large bite-sized pieces. Season heavily with salt and black pepper.
- In a hot stainless steel pan, sear the steak pieces on all sides until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Coat the seared steak bites with the prepared cowboy butter. Let it rest for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Prepare roasted garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized onions to serve alongside the steak bites.
