Garlic Chicken Alfredo Flatbread Pizza
A delectable fusion of garlic-infused chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese on a crispy flatbread, perfect for a weekend treat.

Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken diced
- 1.5 tablespoons chicken seasoning use 1 to 2 tablespoons as preferred
- 0 salt
- 0 pepper
- 30 grams butter
- 30 grams flour
- 200 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard optional
- 60 grams cheddar-mozzarella cheese mix half of the total cheese
- 2 flatbreads
- 60 grams cheddar-mozzarella cheese mix remaining half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 0 fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken with chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fry the seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through and golden brown.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and then add the flour. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until a roux forms.
- Gradually add the milk to the roux, stirring continuously to avoid lumps until a thick sauce forms. Then add the mustard and half the cheddar-mozzarella cheese blend. Season to taste.
- Preheat the grill on high. Layer each flatbread with the sauce, the cooked chicken, and then the remaining cheese. Place under the grill until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Mix the softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush this garlic butter over the finished pizzas before serving.
