Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 package Steak-umm thin steaks
- 1 dash garlic
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 0.5 cup onions
- 12 pieces medium-large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 12 pieces Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup Castello Chipotle Gouda cheese
- 0.5 cup spicy mayo
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 package of Steak-umm thin steaks with a dash of garlic, paprika, chopped bell peppers, and onions. Chop the steak finely as it cooks.
- In another pan, sauté medium–large shrimp with butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Place 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls on a baking sheet. Using a small knife or tool, cut out the center of each roll, remove the tops, and gently press down the inside to create a pocket.
- Brush the rolls generously with garlic butter.
- Fill each roll with the chopped cheesesteak mixture and peppers.
- Top with grated cheese (I used Castello Chipotle Gouda).
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the rolls are warm.
- Finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
- Top each slider with a shrimp.
