Cheesecake With Fruity Pebbles
A delicious cheesecake infused with the fun and colorful flavors of Fruity Pebbles cereal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1.5 sticks melted browned butter
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles
- 3 blocks cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 0.33 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 1 1/2 sticks of melted browned butter.
- Add 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles to the graham cracker mixture. If the mixture is too wet, add a handful more of Fruity Pebbles.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch round pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before adding the filling.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large bowl, beat 3 blocks of cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake the cheesecake at 325°F (163°C) for 75 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door vented for an additional 45 minutes.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating.
