Cheesecake With Fruity Pebbles

Cook time: 120 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1.5 sticks melted browned butter
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles
  • 3 blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 0.33 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 1 1/2 sticks of melted browned butter.
  3. Add 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles to the graham cracker mixture. If the mixture is too wet, add a handful more of Fruity Pebbles.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch round pan to form the crust.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before adding the filling.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C).
  7. In a large bowl, beat 3 blocks of cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Add 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.
  10. Bake the cheesecake at 325°F (163°C) for 75 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door vented for an additional 45 minutes.
  11. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating.
