Caramel Peanut Bars

Ingredients
- 100 g oat flour
- 90 g peanut butter
- 50 g maple syrup
- 10 g coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sheet parchment paper
- 110 g peanut butter
- 25 g coconut oil
- 25 g maple syrup
- 90 g vegan dark chocolate
- 5 g coconut oil
- 70 g roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil (if using), and a pinch of salt until it forms a soft dough.
- Press evenly into a parchment-lined 20×20 cm pan.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Gently melt peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup together over low heat or in short microwave bursts until smooth.
- Pour over the base and spread evenly.
- Chill again for 10–15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil.
- Stir in chopped roasted peanuts.
- Spread over the peanut butter layer evenly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Slice into bars or squares and store chilled.
