Christmas Tree Farm Spritz

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0 pieces juniper berries
• 0 ice
• 0 Prosecco or Cava
• 1 pieces rosemary sprigs

Instructions

1. Pour 1 oz of gin into a glass.
2. Add 1/2 oz of elderflower liqueur to the glass.
3. Add 1/2 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice to the mixture.
4. Pour 1/2 oz of simple syrup into the glass.
5. Add a few juniper berries to the glass.
6. Add ice to the glass until it's about 3/4 full.
7. Top with chilled Prosecco or Cava until the glass is full.
8. Stir gently to combine and garnish with rosemary sprigs flipped upside down.
