- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Carrot
- 1 cup Snap Peas
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 whole Green Onions
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add ginger and garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
