Chili Garlic Butter Shrimp
Succulent Argentinian Red Shrimp cooked with a deliciously spicy and buttery garlic sauce, perfect when paired with pasta or crusty bread.

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 2 units Red Chili finely diced, seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 500 grams Argentinian Red Shrimp washed, peeled, deveined
- 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
- 0.5 units Lemon Juice juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a large pan, on medium heat, add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and red chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the smoked paprika and Cajun seasoning to the pan. Sauté for an additional minute.
- Now, add the washed, peeled, and deveined shrimp. Sauté for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add fresh parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil to the pan. Sauté for another minute.
