Chili Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
  • 2 units Red Chili finely diced, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 500 grams Argentinian Red Shrimp washed, peeled, deveined
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 0.5 units Lemon Juice juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, on medium heat, add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and red chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the smoked paprika and Cajun seasoning to the pan. Sauté for an additional minute.
  3. Now, add the washed, peeled, and deveined shrimp. Sauté for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add fresh parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil to the pan. Sauté for another minute.
