Sheet Pan Salmon With Sesame, Soy, & Ginger
A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring sesame-soy glazed salmon with roasted broccoli, perfect for a healthy meal packed with protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound broccoli
- 2 pieces scallions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 0 salt
- 0 pepper
- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 0 olive oil
- 0 salt
- 0 pepper
- 0 scallions
- 0 sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, and 1 clove of chopped garlic to make the glaze.
- Add 1 pound of broccoli florets and 2 scallions cut into 1½-inch pieces to a sheet pan. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the remaining 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the broccoli and scallions in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Pat 4 (6-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Push the roasted broccoli and scallions to the edges of the sheet pan and place the salmon fillets in the center.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the prepared glaze.
- Roast the salmon in the oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Finish the dish by garnishing with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
