Freezer Cookies
This is my favorite way to make cookies! Freeze them and anytime you’re craving a sweet treat remove one from the oven and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown unsalted butter
- 0.75 cup light brown sugar
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- 2 units large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2.5 cups all purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix your butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light in color. You can mix by hand or use a stand mixer.
- Once combined, add in your eggs and vanilla. Mix again for 1 minute or until combined.
- Add in all your dry ingredients. Mix until dry bits are incorporated.
- Add in your chocolate chips.
- Scoop your cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
- Once your cookies are frozen, place them in a plastic bag in the freezer for up to three months.
- When you’re ready to enjoy a cookie, remove however many you would like from the freezer and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes and enjoy!
