Freezer Cookies

This is my favorite way to make cookies! Freeze them and anytime you’re craving a sweet treat remove one from the oven and enjoy!

Freezer Cookies

Cook time: 16 minutes

Servings: 30

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 units large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix your butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light in color. You can mix by hand or use a stand mixer.
  2. Once combined, add in your eggs and vanilla. Mix again for 1 minute or until combined.
  3. Add in all your dry ingredients. Mix until dry bits are incorporated.
  4. Add in your chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop your cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
  7. Once your cookies are frozen, place them in a plastic bag in the freezer for up to three months.
  8. When you’re ready to enjoy a cookie, remove however many you would like from the freezer and place on a lined baking sheet.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  10. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes and enjoy!
