Cheeseburger Burrito
All the cheeseburger flavours inside a burrito, with seasoned beef, a surprise bite of crinkle chips, and a drizzle of homemade burger sauce.

Ingredients
- 150 g lean beef mince
- 0 low calorie spray for frying
- 20 g tomato purée
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 0.5 beef stock cube crumbled
- 0 dash boiling water for thinning sauce
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 2 slices light cheese slices
- 0 slice onion finely diced
- 1 slice tomato
- 0 leaf iceberg lettuce
- 0 gherkin slices
- 20 g cooked crinkle chips
- 0 low calorie spray for air frying
- 3 tbsp light mayo
- 1.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp gherkin juice 1-2 tsp to taste
- 0 black pepper
Instructions
- Fry the beef mince in a skillet using low calorie spray for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomato purée, English mustard, crumble the beef stock cube, and add a dash of boiling water. Mix well.
- Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly and heat the tortilla wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Assemble the burrito with beef mixture, cheese slices, onion, tomato, lettuce, gherkin slices, and crinkle chips.
- Roll the burrito tightly, spray with low calorie spray, and air fry at 190°C for 3-5 minutes.
- For the homemade burger sauce, mix light mayo, ketchup, mustard, gherkin juice, and black pepper.
