Brownie Pudding
This famous brownie pudding is out of this world. A chocolate paradise. A recipe by the great Ina Garten that has inspired me since I was little.

Ingredients
- 227 grams butter
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups white refined sugar
- 0.75 cups cocoa powder
- 0.5 cups flour
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon espresso or raspberry liqueur
- 227 grams melted butter
- 1 serving vanilla or macadamia ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 163 degrees C (325 degrees F).
- Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.
- In a mixer, add the eggs and sugar, and beat on medium-high speed for 5 to 10 minutes until very thick and pale in color.
- Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt using a sieve.
- Add the vanilla extract and espresso or raspberry liqueur to the egg mixture.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixer on low speed.
- Slowly add the melted butter (which should no longer be hot) until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in a larger pan and pour hot water into the larger pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
- Bake in a water bath for one hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with vanilla or macadamia ice cream for a delicious accompaniment.
