Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad
A lighter and refreshing salad that everyone will love, perfect for game day or as a Super Bowl side. It's addicting with its ranch dressing!

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 0.5 pound cooked bacon
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons scallions
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 0.25 tablespoon garlic powder
- 0.25 tablespoon onion powder
- 0 to taste salt
- 0 to taste pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice 2 large cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop 1/2 pound of cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with the cucumbers.
- Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Thinly slice 2 tablespoons of scallions and add them to the salad mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of buttermilk to the dressing mixture.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives, 2 tablespoons of dried dill, and 2 tablespoons of dried parsley into the dressing.
- Add 1/4 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1/4 tablespoon of onion powder to the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the prepared ranch dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve the salad immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for a more refreshing taste.
