Dump & Bake Creamy Pesto Shrimp Pasta
A simple dump & bake creamy pesto shrimp pasta with added veggies, a high-protein cottage cheese sauce, and only 10 minutes to prep. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups bone broth
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup green peas
- 6 oz pesto
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan
- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 0 Parmesan
- 0 fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add uncooked pasta and 2 cups of bone broth.
- Blend the remaining 1 cup of bone broth, cottage cheese, and green peas. Pour the mixture over the pasta.
- Add pesto and seasonings to the pasta and mix to combine. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top if desired. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, mixing halfway through. If pasta is still undercooked, cook an additional 5 minutes or until al dente.
- Add raw shrimp to the dish and cook uncovered for 7-10 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Stir to combine and serve.
- Garnish with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
