Banana Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients
- 1 box Nilla wafers finely crushed
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 sticks butter melted
- 0 no-bake cheesecake filling store-bought
- 3 bananas sliced
- 6.8 ounces vanilla pudding mix two boxes
- 3 cups milk
- 0 rum extract optional
- 1 container Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
- 0 caramel optional
- 0 Nilla wafers optional
- 0 bananas sliced, optional
Instructions
- Pulse one box of Nilla wafers in a food processor until finely crushed.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Nilla wafers with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1.5 sticks of melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 13 by 9 inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Spread store-bought no-bake cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.
- Slice fresh bananas and layer them over the cheesecake filling.
- In a bowl, whisk two 3.4-ounce boxes of vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups of milk until thick. Optional: add a few drops of rum extract.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the banana slices.
- Top with a container of Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Optional: Top with caramel, more Nilla wafers, and additional banana slices.
