Caesar Loaded Potatoes

A delicious high-protein dish that combines the flavors of Caesar salad with crispy potatoes, chicken, and bacon.

Caesar Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 400 g baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 400 g baby potatoes
  • 100 g bacon
  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 125 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 400 g baby potatoes
  • 1 portion salad mixture
  • 250 g cooked chicken
  • 100 g crispy bacon
  • 0.5 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Coat the baby potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the potatoes at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
  3. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add oil and cook the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until golden.
  5. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese to make the creamy Caesar sauce.
  6. Stir the shredded lettuce through the creamy Caesar sauce.
  7. Layer the cooked potatoes on a serving plate.
  8. Add the salad mixture on top of the potatoes.
  9. Top the salad with the cooked chicken.
  10. Add the crispy bacon on top and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese to serve.
