Caesar Loaded Potatoes
A delicious high-protein dish that combines the flavors of Caesar salad with crispy potatoes, chicken, and bacon.

Ingredients
- 400 g baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- 100 g bacon
- 250 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 125 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 400 g baby potatoes
- 1 portion salad mixture
- 250 g cooked chicken
- 100 g crispy bacon
- 0.5 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Coat the baby potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the potatoes at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add oil and cook the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until golden.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese to make the creamy Caesar sauce.
- Stir the shredded lettuce through the creamy Caesar sauce.
- Layer the cooked potatoes on a serving plate.
- Add the salad mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Top the salad with the cooked chicken.
- Add the crispy bacon on top and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese to serve.
