Big Mac Sloppy Joe Sliders

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0 salt
  • 0 pepper
  • 0.5 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped pickles
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup thousand island dressing
  • 0 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 0 chopped lettuce
  • 0 more pickles
  • 0 drizzle thousand island dressing
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0 sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the excess fat.
  2. Season the browned beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped onion and pickles to the beef and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and thousand island dressing to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Slice the slider buns and top the bottom halves with the beef mixture.
  6. Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef mixture.
  7. Bake the sliders at 375°F for about 7-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  8. Remove the sliders from the oven and top with chopped lettuce, more pickles, and a drizzle of thousand island dressing.
  9. Top with the top half of the buns.
  10. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Return the sliders to the oven for another 5-7 minutes or until the tops are browned.
