Crostinis with Fig, Brie, and Cherry Jam
Delightful crostinis topped with creamy Brie cheese, fresh figs, and a touch of cherry jam, finished with a drizzle of honey and a hint of thyme.

Ingredients
- 1 piece baguette
- 0 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic sliced
- 0 pieces figs
- 0 ounces brie cheese
- 0 tablespoons cherry jam
- 0 slices jamón serrano
- 0 teaspoons honey
- 0 teaspoons thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch rounds.
- Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Rub a sliced garlic clove on the top of each slice once toasted.
- Slice the figs and Brie cheese. Then, layer each bread slice with a little cherry jam, followed by a slice of Brie and a slice of fig.
- Top with slices of jamón serrano to taste. Drizzle each crostini with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
