- 50 grams low fat cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon light butter
- 1 garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon parsley

Instructions
- Season the small cubed potatoes in paprika, garlic granules, and a good pinch of salt & pepper. Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 13-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
- Season the room-temperature steaks with salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil spray on high for a couple of minutes on each side (for medium-rare). Leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing into cubes.
- In the steak pan, add cream, the crumbled beef stock cube, 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, red wine vinegar, a good dash of boiling water, and any juices from the steak. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes until thickened. Add more boiling water if needed.
- Add the grated cheese on top of the potatoes and melt under the grill or microwave for 30-60 seconds. In a small bowl, add the light butter, parsley, and minced garlic, then microwave for 10-15 seconds until melted.
- Assemble the dish by placing the cheesy potatoes and cooked tenderstem broccoli on a plate. Top with steak cubes, then drizzle over the garlic butter and creamy sauce.
