Strawberry Matcha Frozen Clusters
These strawberry matcha frozen clusters are a delightful and healthy treat, combining the fresh taste of strawberries with the earthy notes of matcha.

Ingredients
- 160 g Coconut Yogurt with Protein strawberry flavor
- 80 g Coconut Yogurt vanilla flavor
- 200 g Fresh Strawberries cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 0 Parchment Paper
- 0 White Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Green Matcha Powder
- 0 Strawberry Powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 160g of coconut yogurt with protein in strawberry flavor and 80g of coconut yogurt in vanilla flavor.
- Add 200g of fresh strawberries cut into small pieces to the yogurt mixture.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to add sweetness.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon out 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form clusters.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours until completely frozen.
- Melt white chocolate and mix it with 1 tablespoon of green matcha powder. Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle strawberry powder on top of each dipped cluster and return them to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
- Store the frozen clusters in the freezer until ready to serve.
