Strawberry Matcha Frozen Clusters

Ingredients

  • 160 g Coconut Yogurt with Protein strawberry flavor
  • 80 g Coconut Yogurt vanilla flavor
  • 200 g Fresh Strawberries cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 0 Parchment Paper
  • 0 White Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Green Matcha Powder
  • 0 Strawberry Powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 160g of coconut yogurt with protein in strawberry flavor and 80g of coconut yogurt in vanilla flavor.
  2. Add 200g of fresh strawberries cut into small pieces to the yogurt mixture.
  3. Mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to add sweetness.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon out 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form clusters.
  5. Place in the freezer for 2 hours until completely frozen.
  6. Melt white chocolate and mix it with 1 tablespoon of green matcha powder. Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Sprinkle strawberry powder on top of each dipped cluster and return them to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Store the frozen clusters in the freezer until ready to serve.
