French Dip Croissants
Delicious croissants filled with roast beef and swiss cheese, served with au jus for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 packet McCormick Au Jus Mix
- 6 slices roast beef
- 2 tablespoons au jus
- 1 as needed flour
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 6 slices roast beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 as needed grated parmesan
- 1 as needed chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare au jus mix according to instructions on the packet.
- Heat roast beef in a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of prepared au jus, simmering briefly on both sides.
- Remove roast beef from heat and set aside.
- Lightly flour a cutting board and lay out the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle shredded swiss cheese over the puff pastry and layer with the heated roast beef.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the puff pastry into 9–10 triangles.
- Starting at the wide end, gently roll each triangle into a croissant shape and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush each croissant with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Top baked croissants with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Serve croissants with warm au jus for dipping.
