Cheesesteak Crescent Rolls

Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 package thin sliced steak
  • 1 whole bell pepper
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon steak mixture
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers
  • 4 sticks mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 0.25 cup garlic butter
  • 0.5 cup dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the thin-sliced steak with bell peppers, onions, and garlic herb seasoning.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 tbsp of the steak mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Then add banana peppers and mozzarella.
  5. Carefully roll the dough from the wide end toward the tip to form a croissant. If any filling slips out, tuck it back in along the sides.
  6. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops generously with garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
