Orange-Maple Glazed Salmon with Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 Orange zested and juiced
- 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Whole-Grain Dijon Mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
- 0 Parchment Paper
- 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the orange-maple glaze by combining orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, whole-grain Dijon mustard, paprika, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet generously with the orange-maple glaze.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the glazed salmon.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pecans are toasted and the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve the salmon over a bed of wild rice pilaf with steamed Brussels sprouts on the side.
