Orange-Maple Glazed Salmon with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange zested and juiced
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Whole-Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 0 Parchment Paper
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the orange-maple glaze by combining orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, whole-grain Dijon mustard, paprika, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet generously with the orange-maple glaze.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the glazed salmon.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pecans are toasted and the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Serve the salmon over a bed of wild rice pilaf with steamed Brussels sprouts on the side.
