Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 6 pieces fajita-size tortillas
- 0 as needed olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 juice of lemon
- 1.5 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 to 2, grated garlic cloves
- 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.33 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 finely chopped romaine heart
- 0.33 cup Caesar dressing
- 0.5 cup shaved or shredded Parmesan
- 0.5 cup crushed croutons
- 0.5 cup crushed croutons
- 0 as needed Parmesan
- 0 as needed Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Spread a thin, even layer of seasoned chicken onto one side of each tortilla.
- Place chicken-side down on a hot oiled skillet and cook 3–4 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
- Combine mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stream in the olive oil and whisk until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan.
- Toss chopped romaine with dressing, Parmesan, and half the crushed croutons.
- Spoon the Caesar salad over each warm chicken smash taco.
- Add extra croutons, more Parmesan, and a drizzle of dressing.
- Serve immediately while the tortillas are still crisp!
