Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup mayo
  • 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.33 cup Grillo’s pickles
  • 1 splash pickle juice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 6 pieces American cheese
  • 0.25 cup pickle ranch
  • 0.5 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Grillo’s Pickles
  • 0.25 cup crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the pickle ranch by combining mayo, ranch seasoning, milk, and 1/3 cup chopped Grillo’s pickles. Add a splash of the pickle juice and stir. Set in the refrigerator to thicken.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet.
  5. Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  6. Lay out the American cheese. Add the ground beef on top of the cheese.
  7. Top the ground beef with some of the pickle ranch and the shredded colby jack cheese.
  8. Top with crumbled bacon, Grillo’s Pickles and the crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers if desired.
  9. Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush with melted butter.
  10. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy! Serve with more of the pickle ranch.
