Chicken Cutlets With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken cutlets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pieces chicken cutlets
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 4 pieces chicken cutlets
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken cutlets to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
