Chicken Cutlets With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken cutlets to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  8. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  9. Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
