- 2 whole large potatoes
- 1 as needed oil
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste pepper
- 1 to taste Cajun seasoning
- 1 to taste chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 sprinkle fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic granules
- 2 whole brioche burger buns
- 4 tablespoons burger sauce
Instructions
- Slice the onion and add to an oiled pan along with the honey. Fry until soft and browned, stirring frequently to prevent burning, for about 15 to 20 minutes.

- Add the meat balls to an oiled pan and smash as thin as possible using a pan. Fry for 7 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- Add a cheese slice on top of each burger, remove from heat, and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Chop the potatoes into chips and add to the air fryer. Coat with oil, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
- Cook the chips in the air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Melt the butter and add parsley and garlic granules. Coat the brioche buns with this mixture.
- Toast the coated buns until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by layering the cooked patties with cheese, onions, and burger sauce on the toasted buns.
- Wrap the assembled burgers in foil and place back into the air fryer for 5 minutes to heat through.
