Smoky Chicken Skewers With Garlic Yogurt Marinade & Tangy Herb Oil
Juicy, smoky chicken in a tangy garlic yogurt marinade, grilled and finished with punchy herb oil. Served with cauliflower tabbouleh and it’s elite.

Ingredients
- 0.67 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 whole lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1.5 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
- 1.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Tangy Herb Oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon zest and juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, Aleppo pepper, salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil until smooth and well blended.
- Add chicken and toss until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but honestly the longer it marinades the better it will be!
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high.
- Cook skewers 4–5 minutes per side, until charred and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
- Drizzle with tangy herb oil while the skewers are still hot to make it next level!
- Serve with a cauliflower tabbouleh for the perfect summer meal!
