Loaded Hashbrowns - Carne Asada Edition
Loaded Hashbrowns with Carne Asada, topped with guacamole, crema Mexicana, and more.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces thin steaks
- 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 0.25 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 small orange
- 1 small lime
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste pepper
- 4 pieces marinated steaks
- 8 pieces hashbrown patties
- 1 prepared carne asada
- 1 to taste shredded cheese
- 1 to taste guacamole
- 1 to taste crema Mexicana
- 1 to taste poblano sauce
- 1 to taste diced onions
- 1 to taste chopped cilantro
- 1 to taste queso fresco
- 1 to taste jalapeño slices
- 1 to taste hot sauce
Instructions
- Marinate steaks with chili powder, cumin, garlic, soy sauce, a squeeze of orange, a squeeze of lime, avocado oil, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook steak on a grill or cast iron for 3 minutes on each side. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes and then slice into small pieces.
- Air fry hashbrown patties at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Top hashbrowns with carne asada and shredded cheese. Air fry an additional 5 minutes.
- Load hashbrowns with guacamole, drizzle of crema Mexicana, poblano sauce, onions, cilantro, queso fresco, jalapeño slices, and hot sauce.
