Steak Dense Bean Salad
Steak dense bean salad that keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients
- 1 pound picanha or steak of choice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 0.5 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 package mini mozzarella balls
- 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Season the picanha or steak of choice with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Chop the shallot finely.
- Chop the parsley and cilantro.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shallot, parsley, cilantro, roasted red peppers, garbanzo beans, and white beans.
- Add the mini mozzarella balls to the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Slice the rested steak and arrange it on top of the salad before serving.
