Lobster Mac & Cheese
A luxurious twist on the classic mac and cheese, infused with rich buttery lobster. Perfect for indulgent dinners.

Ingredients
- 0.5 lb pasta
- 0 water for boiling
- 1 tbsp salt for seasoning water
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup reserved pasta water adjust as needed
- 1 lb cooked lobster
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0 fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Add 1 lb of cooked lobster meat to a pan over medium heat and toss with 4 tbsp of butter until well coated and warmed through.
- Remove the lobster from the pan and add 2 tbsp butter with 2 cloves minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add 1.5 cups of heavy cream to the garlic butter. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and a dash of reserved pasta water to the cream mixture. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked lobster back into the pasta and cheese mixture. Mix well to incorporate.
- Top with extra Parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy immediately while warm.
