Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp nutmeg
- 0 salt A pinch
- 0.25 cup chopped apples
- 0 vanilla Greek yogurt for topping
- 0 sauteed cinnamon apples for topping
- 0 syrup for topping
Instructions
- Whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until well combined.
