Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.5 lb Shrimp
- 0.25 cup Sriracha
- 0.33 cup Honey
- 0 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 0 Sweet peppers sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, black pepper, salt, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add shrimp to the spice mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.
- In a pan, combine sriracha and honey, then heat over medium until it begins to bubble.
- Add the coated shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice cucumbers and sweet peppers while shrimp is cooking.
- Assemble the bowl by placing rice as the base, topping with shrimp, and garnishing with cucumbers and sweet peppers.
