Easy Baked Apples With Yogurt And Granola

Ingredients
- 3 whole pink lady apples
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 whole pink lady apples
- 1 batch butter mixture
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 drizzle honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Melt the butter in a small pot, add the cinnamon, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Mix to incorporate everything without heating.
- Place the apples cut side up in a baking dish.
- Distribute the butter mixture over the apples and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apples start to soften.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and remove the aluminum foil. Using a spoon, cover the apples with the liquid from the bottom and cook for 15 minutes to brown.
- Serve hot with Greek yogurt and granola to taste.
- You can add cinnamon and honey to taste.
