Easy Baked Apples With Yogurt And Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 whole pink lady apples
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 whole pink lady apples
  • 1 batch butter mixture
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 drizzle honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. Melt the butter in a small pot, add the cinnamon, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Mix to incorporate everything without heating.
  4. Place the apples cut side up in a baking dish.
  5. Distribute the butter mixture over the apples and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apples start to soften.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and remove the aluminum foil. Using a spoon, cover the apples with the liquid from the bottom and cook for 15 minutes to brown.
  8. Serve hot with Greek yogurt and granola to taste.
  9. You can add cinnamon and honey to taste.
  10. Enjoy.
