Gnocchi with Sausage, Veggies, and Gruyere
A quick and easy sheet pan meal with gnocchi, sausage, and veggies roasted to perfection with a topping of creamy Gruyere cheese.

Ingredients
- 16 oz gnocchi
- 8 oz sliced baby Bella mushrooms
- 10 oz tomatoes
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp rosemary fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz Jimmy Dean sage sausage half a package
- 0.75 cup dry white wine
- 6 oz Gruyere cheese shredded
- 0 balsamic glaze to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the gnocchi, sliced baby Bella mushrooms, tomatoes, and thinly sliced onion on a large sheet pan.
- Grate the garlic over the veggies, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and fresh rosemary. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- Add the Jimmy Dean sage sausage in small chunks across the pan.
- Pour the dry white wine over the pan, ensuring to moisten the gnocchi and veggies.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the gnocchi is crispy.
- Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle shredded Gruyere cheese over everything.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
